I have been creative in my head these last few days while getting "stuff" done.
Kacey and I have been ironing out the details of our day retreat.
I got my cards read by Shyla.
The third book, Blood Magic, in the Nora Robert's The Cousins O'Dwyer trilogy was released, so of course I spent a day reading that.
I got caught up on paperwork for the salon.
I got caught up on hulu.
I did laundry.
I made a pot roast and chicken soup.
I still have a ton of filing to do and I don't love filing, but it must get done.
All the mundane stuff that goes into being human.
How much of our life do we think about just before we fall asleep? How many creative ideas are borne out of weariness? My guess? A lot.
I really love Bob Dylan's lyrics. I really do not like his voice. Susan Tedeschi may have one of my favorite new voices (to me) and her cover of this is magnificent.
