I received an email yesterday from a friend asking for some "woo-hoo" (love THAT...as opposed to woo-woo) for two close friends of hers.
Each of the women are at a crossroads in their life (sound familiar?) and they need a cadre of "strong, positive, and connected" women (and men) to channel positive energies.
Welcome to TGHR. That's what we do. We lift, we support, we pray, we dance, we sing, we send pink healing light.
This is an awesome community of people doing what we can for people not everyone knows, but certainly, everyone "gets."
And so, this morning, I am going to list some first names and ask you all to just take a nanosecond and send some love.

We all go through periods of time when we are at a crossroads.
Sometimes, a loud voice in our head is screaming at us to go in one direction and the wee small voice in our head is whispering at us to go in an entirely different direction.
I guess which way we head is based on where our life is at that point of time. What our health is like - physically and mentally. What our bank account looks like. What our job situation is. How the kids are.
When we stop for a second and don't worry about what anyone else will say, we truly get the freedom to listen to the voice in our hearts.
Sometimes, that takes years.
As for me, when I figure out which voice to listen to, I will get back to you.
In the meantime, THIS. This version gave me goosebumps and made me cry. OK - I'll take some of those loving thoughts too.
