It's Saturday, and I am winding down for my weekend. I hope yours is fabulous.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my first born niece, Caitlan. I remember the day like it was yesterday, even though it was 24 years ago. The entire office cheered when they heard you were born. I am delighted you are able to spend some time with your family this weekend and I wish for you, as I always have, since the second I knew you were coming, tremendous joy in your life, much laughter, moments of reflection that are really life altering, and of course, all the LOVE your heart can handle. I hope you mama makes you one of her awesome cakes and that you get an extra iced end piece! (OK, that's what I want her to do for me, I don't actually know what your favorite piece is.)
