Today is Wear Red Day in celebration of women's hearts everywhere. It is the 10th anniversary of the movement, and great strides have been taken to make sure women understand that heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States.
As you all know from my story about Amy, I want to fight heart disease with everything I've got.

By the way, many of the men I have loved have had heart issues, like my dad, so, you guys, take care of your hearts too!
